Crispy Harissa Potato Salad
I've been scratching my head trying to think of an angle to explain the inspiration behind this post. However, if I'm being totally honest, it's just something that popped into my head when I was wondering what to do with a bag of new potatoes. Luckily though, it turned out to be blumin delicious. It's a fish with lots of potential parings and I think it lends itself to quite a few flavour profiles. I used Moroccan inspired flavours in mine but I think lemon and dill, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes or tikka spices would all be amazing additions. I've had harissa paste in the fridge for a few weeks after I made some spiced halloumi kebabs and I've been looking for a recipe to use the remainder of the jar.
